About this paper

Jasni Mohamad Zain, Malcolm Clarke

The authors propose reversible watermarking for ultrasound images, storing a SHA-256 hash in least-significant bits of a zero-valued region outside the diagnostic area. At the receiver, the watermark is extracted, margin bits reset, and hashes compared. A single ultrasound cloning example illustrates the check; hash scope is inconsistent, and reversibility requires the zero-valued margin.
