The authors propose a quantum spiking network comparing Bell pairs through evolving, interacting qubits and an output spin. It checks excitation parity and relative phase, then reports whether Bell-state inputs match: the output is up for identical states and down for different ones. Simulations report neuron fidelities of 99.98% and 99.07% without noise; no end-to-end comparator fidelity is reported.
