About this paper
Argyris Kalogeratos, Gaspard Abel, Stefano Sarao Mannelli
The authors introduce gLRIE, a ranking method for choosing infected students for treatment in a network. It estimates how recovery could reduce infection while helping healthy behavior spread, using a greedy score derived from expansion. In a three-year simulation on a 409-student Spanish high-school network, gLRIE’s gain versus random targeting exceeded 10% in strong-intervention settings; this is not field evidence.
