NetRCA localizes wireless-network faults by converting variable-length KPI histories into summary features, augmenting sparse labels with similar and timestamp-aligned records, and combining three binary XGBoost classifiers with rules, attribution features, and a supplied causal graph. On the ICASSP 2022 challenge test data, it scored 0.91778 versus 0.78139 for plain XGBoost; this normalized score is not accuracy, and reflects that benchmark setup.
