About this paper

Krishna Suresh, Aditya Rauniyar, Micah Corah, Sebastian Scherer

The authors present a sequential planner for aerial cameras filming moving groups of actors. It plans each drone’s route in turn, rewarding pixel density on actor surfaces while accounting for occlusions and earlier-planned drones. Across five simulations, Forest results show 18% higher per-robot view reward than formation planning despite one fewer robot; evaluations assume known environments, trajectories, and starting states.
