TVDiag diagnoses microservice failures by keeping logs, metrics, and traces distinct, learning task-specific relationships for ranking the culprit instance and classifying failure type, and aligning views from the same incident. On Dataset A, it reaches HR@1 0.759 versus 0.573 and F1 0.936 versus 0.908 for baselines. Results span three benchmark or injected-failure datasets; limited telemetry makes packet-loss and packet-corruption difficult to distinguish.
