About this paper

Md Hasebul Hasan, Md Abid Jahan, Mohammed Eunus Ali, Yuan-Fang Li, Timos Sellis

The authors present MHPP, a multimodal house-price prediction system that combines raw property features with GSNE neighborhood embeddings, SBERT listing-text embeddings, and CLIP image embeddings before regression. On 52,851 Melbourne transactions, Elastic Net’s MAE/RMSE fell from 0.205/0.289 with raw features and GSNE to 0.151/0.211 with both modalities. This result is limited to one dataset and held-out split.
