The authors present an expert-guided workflow for finding candidate recipes for multi-step MicroLED manufacturing from historical process data. It cleans and constrains records, selects parameters, fits neural networks, and searches for recipes across multiple objectives. In an Aledia example, automatic selection identified 20 parameters; process physicists excluded five, leaving 15. The paper reports candidates, not validated manufacturing outcomes.
