About this paper

Lei Xie, Fan Liu, Shenghui Song, Shi Jin

The authors develop a bistatic ISAC detector for target presence when the sensing receiver knows pilots but not data symbols. Its GLRT combines the pilots’ target-induced mean shift with the unknown payloads’ covariance shift, under a data-precoder orthogonality condition. Simulations show a better ROC trade-off than a pilot-only detector on the same signal; analysis assumes known clutter-plus-noise covariance.
