MR-LSCM uses routine multi-beam measurement reports to estimate localized radio-channel angular power spectra. HGNN-Loc predicts missing device locations, then the method alternates between grouping samples by signal and location and estimating each group’s spectrum. On one city dataset, it reaches 5.68 dB test RSRP error at 600 grids; APS ground-truth accuracy is unavailable, and this comparison uses true locations.
