About this paper
Fabrizio Dimino, Krati Saxena, Bhaskarjit Sarmah, Stefano Pasquali
The authors audit four Qwen models’ investment preferences by comparing pairs of about 150 U.S.-listed firms from 2017 to 2024, balancing prompt wording and display order, and relating relative confidence to firm characteristics. Confidence is positively associated with free cash flow and measures of scale and visibility; industry effects are reported. These descriptive findings establish neither causes nor trading performance.
