About this paper
Yixue Cai, Xiyan Su, Dongpeng Yao, Rongduo Han, Nan Gao, Haining Zhang
The authors present a prototype that turns SCL-90 items into an adaptive mental-health conversation, using a standardized assessment underneath while rephrasing questions and selecting follow-ups based on responses. Built with Doubao 1.5 Pro on Coze, it was evaluated in semi-structured interviews with 11 professionals. Interview feedback identified useful flexibility and problems, but did not establish clinical benefit or psychometric validity.
