UltraG-Ray synthesizes B-mode ultrasound views that were not acquired, representing tissue with learnable 3D Gaussians and modeling sound along probe scan lines. It combines local echoes with transmittance, the acoustic energy remaining along each ray. On ex-vivo porcine muscle, it reports MS-SSIM of 0.77±0.02 versus 0.74±0.02 for ImplicitVol. Tests cover two phantoms; performance is strongest between observed poses.
