BrainSurgery applies planned edits to model tensors through reusable YAML plans that combine tensor selection and modification with assertions, diffs, and export. It runs by CLI or Web UI but does not choose the edit. In tested comparisons, it was indistinguishable from LLM-Pruner in 36/36 and LLM Neuroanatomy in 11/11; evidence is limited to tested tools, edits, models, and settings.
