About this paper

Maida Wang, Xiao Xue, Minh Chung, Peter V. Coveney

The authors introduce Q-Prior, a compact quantum statistical prior trained on selected marginals and used to constrain a classical forecasting model. Two-copy Bell measurements let them examine Pauli-observable magnitudes after acquisition. In a matched ERA5 continuation test, adding a planetary-wave phase constraint to covariance raises 144-hour ACC from 0.2694 to 0.2817, showing complementary information under that setting, not uniform gains.
