Ramulator 2.1 models varied DRAM protocols through a shared controller workflow and Python-authored specifications that generate C++ implementations and configuration proxies. It supports protocol-specific scheduling rules and validation at fine-grained and system levels. Simulated latency–throughput curves for 11 standards reach theoretical peak-throughput markers and show expected knee shapes. The result supports expected-model-behavior claims, not accuracy against physical DRAM devices.
