ABCDEFG infers causal networks and unknown intervention targets from perturbation data by routing links through intermediary factors and estimating a posterior over acyclic graphs. In a growth-factor screen, recall against Gene Ontology pairs was 0.325 (Basic) and 0.376 (SPN), versus 0.196 for a matched-density random baseline. This measures recovery of annotated pairs, not validation of unannotated predictions.
