The authors adapt mixing analysis to irregular Poisson trees with blocks following dense branching, so a monochromatic boundary limits color influence. This yields near-linear mixing within the tree theorem’s regime and improves low-temperature sampling on sparse random graphs from n^{O(log q)} to O(n^{1+δ}) for any fixed δ>0, under stronger parameter conditions; it does not establish rapid mixing across phases.
