About this paper

Qigao Zhu, Haojia Jiang, Guan Wang, Lianhao Zhang, Hanlei Gong, Huaxia Deng, Xinglong Gong

The authors present binarized Fourier single-pixel imaging that dithers Fourier patterns to multiple gray levels, then represents each nonnegative pattern with two binary masks whose measured intensities receive unequal weights. In a 256 × 256 city-gate simulation at full sampling, coefficient MAPE falls from 194% to 28% and SSIM rises from 0.430 to 0.971; acquisition time doubles versus Floyd–Steinberg dithering.
