PinSieve routes unresolved content to a vision-and-language model after lightweight models handle easy cases; a scalar score sends items below a threshold to auto-pass and others to human review. In production on one quality signal, auto-pass rose from 20.48% to 41.99% while estimated FNR fell from 13.62% to 13.18%. Offline DC-Replay reduced IPW-FNR@50% from 17.73% to 13.29% versus random replay.
