CAPMAS combines a contrastively trained encoder for retrieving initial privileges with Macaroon tokens that agents narrow locally. This avoids synchronous IAM exchanges at each delegation, though the IAM still verifies service requests. On ASTRA, it captures all required privileges for 90.9% of requests at k=10, versus 37.4% for GPT-oss-120B, but grants more unnecessary privileges; results are benchmark-specific.
