The scheduler assigns batches of quantum circuits across QPUs by predicting each circuit’s expected fidelity from its graph, then balancing those estimates against devices’ workload. In emulated tests on 5,117 circuits and three devices, at weight 0.5 it achieved mean expected fidelity of 0.3675 versus 0.3436 for round-robin, with count variation CV 0.069. These are proxies, not measured hardware outcomes.
