OpenQARP provides a modular framework for quantum application research, separating circuit construction, measurement, and execution behind interchangeable interfaces. Its engine can optimize whole circuits through gate fusion and grouped expectation evaluation, while reusing Qulacs statevector kernels. In benchmarks, a 300-term commutator took 12.8 ms versus 450.5 ms in OpenFermion; this is a workload-specific operator-algebra result, not an end-to-end speed claim.
