SCARF stores local event records in overlapping patches, retaining active events while inactive events help older records expire. This design preserves visual signal across different motion speeds in qualitative comparisons and sustains at least 20 million events per second on one sequence across almost all tested query frequencies. Depth results are mixed: SCARF trails AAE on MVSEC flying1.
