TQSC reconstructs noisy quantum states from measurement records in remote state preparation, using Transformer encoders and a Cholesky-constrained density-matrix output for classical post-processing. In a held-out MNIST “0” transmission through a noisy multimode-fiber channel, it reduced BER from 50.34% to 0%. Its squared Uhlmann fidelity was 0.99999497 ± 8.78 × 10⁻⁶ across training and test sets, with n < 400 examples.
