EA-Ops puts architecture models in reviewed YAML files in Git and checks proposed changes before merge. Its validator applies structural, ArchiMate, and organization-defined rules; reports and a portal use the same source. Across 240 trials covering eight injected fault classes, findings matched independent ground truth exactly. This establishes agreement on the tested mutations, but not accuracy for other EA defects.
