KVCMAS reuses shared-context caches across agents by correcting entries instead of blind reuse. It starts with an exact first-agent cache, stores low-rank anchors and corrections, and uses workflow-relative references, with dense prefill when matches are unreliable. At 32K tokens and 8 QPS, it halved median time to first token versus no sharing; benchmark scores remained below dense prefill.
