The authors present TSG Suggester, which ranks troubleshooting guides for cloud incidents by matching incident descriptions to problem-focused guide sections and matching named entities. In tests on 314 incidents, its combined tree-and-entity method placed the engineer-recorded guide first in 54.78% of cases, versus 46.20% for flat text retrieval. These aggregate results measure retrieval, not incident resolution.
