About this paper
Thilo Tamme, Michael Saatkamp, Alma Bonte, Daniel Weiss, Anton Hantel, Andrej Levin
The authors compare employees’ survey ratings with adaptive AI interview responses on the same workplace themes. They define a disclosure gap as a favorable rating paired with a substantive concern in the interview. Among 44 first-session interviews, 18 (41%) showed a gap; this describes one firm’s voluntary-participant corpus, not a population rate or proof of hidden truth.
