About this paper
Yueting Li, Weihang Ding
SGAnalog evaluates analog-circuit models on schematic transcription and device sizing. It compares proposed connectivity with reference graphs, then simulates proposed sizes under the author’s testbench against human-designed circuits. On fixed sets, claude-fable-5 achieves 56.1% exact graph matches; gemini-3.1-pro-preview scores 91.2/100 on sizing. The latter includes survival-only scores, and neither result establishes fabrication readiness or contamination-free evaluation.
