TempoBridge predicts single-cell population responses by carrying a pooled summary of the source population alongside each evolving cell and requested transition. During training, minibatch optimal transport pairs unpaired source and target cells; inference requires no target expression or transport computation. In a synthetic ambiguity test, correct context reached 98.04% branch accuracy versus 50.00% without context; this is not lineage evidence.
