The authors test whether EEG can distinguish instruction that matches a student’s dominant VARK preference from instruction that does not. A logistic-regression classifier uses one-second EEG epochs and leave-one-participant-out validation in data from eight monitored students. It reports 83.21% accuracy with OpenBCI and 56.27% with Emotiv EpocX; the study does not establish a learning benefit.
