The authors introduce a cross-species representation that aligns mouse and human recordings from the same biological state while separating distinct states. Tiagabine moved neural-rescue scores toward a human-aligned healthy state in PTZ mice but away from rescue in AY9944 mice. Across ten model–drug combinations, scores correlated with clinical-efficacy rankings (Spearman ρ = 0.87), a retrospective association, not prospective patient-response prediction.
