H2-Ray organizes ray-traced 3DGS by partitioning scenes into local regions, reusing traversal among nearby rays, and sharing intersection hardware across Gaussian and triangle primitives. Across eight scenes, it achieves a 3.77× geometric-mean speedup over RaySplats, with a matched-view mean PSNR difference of −0.034 dB. The result combines modeled core behavior with GPU measurements, not a fabricated H2-Ray GPU.
