OpenMobile-2 builds a resettable mobile training environment with commercial-style app replicas and trains agents to combine screen actions with selected app-native tools sharing app state. Its simulator and emulator span more than 110 apps. On real-device SPA-Bench L3, Qwen3.6-27B scores 31.9 as a base model and 59.6 after hybrid SFT plus RL, showing transfer from the trained stack, not testing simulator tools on devices.
