SG-MAT coordinates service selection and channel reassignment in multi-band optical networks, accounting for inter-channel stimulated Raman scattering (ISRS), which transfers power among channels. A leader selects services to reconsider, while a multi-agent Transformer assigns channels and returns utility feedback. On USNET at moderate loads of 200–250 Erlangs, blocking ratio is 24.3% lower than with MPDORL; this is simulation evidence, not deployment.
