The tutorial organizes research on wireless networks that sense and support digital twins through a six-stage lifecycle of telemetry, learning, simulation, and control. It frames synchronization as competing for radio resources with user service. In one 12-user example, value-decomposition achieves 10.15% higher average data rate than independent Q-learning, but 0.2 higher average twin error; this illustrates a tradeoff, not lifecycle validation.
