X-Splat reconstructs an object’s exterior and interior in one 3D model using shared Gaussian geometry with separate RGB and X-ray attributes. It registers RGB and X-ray surface proxies, then jointly optimizes both renderings while retaining X-ray supervision. On four InsideOut scenes, it raises masked held-out RGB PSNR to 32.59 dB from 31.20, with comparable X-ray quality and 26% less storage.
