FlashReFocus separates single-image refocusing into one-time all-in-focus restoration and reusable blur rendering. It uses one-step diffusion to restore an image, then estimated depth, selected focus, and blur strength to render edits. At 1536×1536, first refocusing takes 2.50 seconds versus 370.65 for GenRefocus. On 3CReal, its LPIPS is 0.2178 versus AnyBokeh’s 0.2298 with per-image strength search; depth errors can misplace blur.
