About this paper
Lilia-Eliana Popescu-Apreutesei, Sabina-Cristiana Necula
GreenNIDS links predictive results and resource records for NetFlow intrusion-detection experiments. It stores model outputs in run records, enabling researchers to regroup runs and apply screening criteria after execution without retraining. In 216 CPU-only runs across four dataset families, task-specific MCC, training-time, memory, and estimated-energy thresholds retained 25.0% of runs. This collection-specific result uses estimated, not measured, energy.
