The RSOD method trains one student adapter from six frozen telecom specialists, then deploys the adapter instead of routing serving requests among experts. The student generates answers, which the relevant specialist evaluates to update it. On 2,850 route-conditioned questions, it scored 21.7112/25, versus 21.7641/25 for routed specialists; these are LLM-judge rubric scores, not executable correctness guarantees.
