Quantum Broker turns quantum circuit execution into a QoS planning problem, profiling candidate backends and assigning measurement shots according to user constraints and objectives. Its QQSpec language and two solvers support provider-agnostic execution and pooling returned counts. In simulator tests, merged results averaged 0.907 distributional agreement with ideal references; this evidence does not establish live-QPU performance or universal improvement.
