About this paper
Zian Wang, Qin Li, Weisong Sun, Haibin Cai
VeriGen-C generates C implementations and ACSL contracts together, using shared program state called proof anchors to help Frama-C/WP verify the code. Its workflow diagnoses proof failures and routes repairs, then checks whether passing contracts retain requirement-specific content. On HumanEval-X, it achieves 73/164 requirement-aligned successes (44.5%), versus 9/164 (5.5%) for one-shot generation; this does not prove full requirement equivalence.
