EchoChat supports full multiview echocardiogram interpretation, including condition recognition, measurement, question answering, and report drafting. It combines an echocardiography knowledge library with training in finding-to-diagnosis reasoning. On an internal test, both components raised macro-averaged disease F1 from 81.63% to 87.13%. In a controlled 100-examination reader study, collaboration raised primary-diagnosis micro-F1 from 72.78% to 82.75%, not establishing live-workflow or patient-outcome benefits.
