Stratum gives coding agents persistent repository-side memory across sessions and models. It stores structural, historical, and agent-written experiential notes beside code, then exposes them through page-safe retrieval tools. In a small test, a fresh model identified root-cause files in 21/24 trials with inherited notes, versus 6/24 with repository search alone. This supports cross-session transfer in this setup, not general coding-agent performance.
