GraphBARC reconstructs radio maps from sparse measurements by learning spatial dependencies in a joint Gaussian belief and selecting feasible multi-step routes for map-wide risk reduction. In simulated 128×128 maps, four-step planning achieved RMSE of 5.293 dB on commonly unobserved cells, versus 6.311 dB for BAL-EGP. Shared-Pruned reduced planning runtime by 56.8% versus Fixed-Gram; these results do not establish flight performance.
