EPC-RawDC combines scan-specific CBCT projection measurements with geometry-transformed reference projections to supervise a three-dimensional diffusion model that produces synthetic CT from CBCT. Through a scanner-specific forward model, it compares predicted projections with both sources. On 24 SynthRAD2025 patients, mean PSNR was 39.18 dB versus 36.52 for DDPM; these projections were simulated, and dose-calculation benefit remains untested.
