About this paper

Radosław Klimek

The authors present an activation-aware method for composing logic-based workflow patterns, where reusable control-flow structures carry temporal specifications. In its ΠC2 procedure, a parent determines when nested patterns are active, while each child specifies its behavior when active. This avoids forcing an unchosen branch in XOR(P, a). The method preserves the prior result for mandatory compositions; conditional checks have no reported outputs.
