HairDeck converts stylized hair images into 3D cards and spring-bone chains. It represents each card with a token and generates the cards together as an unordered set, then conditions chain generation on them. On 100 test hairstyles, it lowers Chamfer distance from 0.0117 to 0.0066 versus CHARM and takes 1.01 seconds; the benchmark does not guarantee performance across styles.
