About this paper

Yusuke Aikawa, Keita Ishizuka, Tomoki Moriya

SSA solves permutation equivalence by matching coordinate signatures, whose enumeration grows as q^h with hull dimension h. The authors show that permutation-invariant symmetric, nondegenerate bilinear forms must have matrix aI+bJ and reduce hull dimension by at most one. At SPECK’s High-q parameters, the dominant PEP enumeration cost falls 13.1 bits; this is calculated, not a measured runtime or overall security result.
